Therapy
My Approach
Research shows that our happiness depends on the quality of our relationships. Whilst our relationships are often the root cause of many issues they are also the place we can find healing and growth. I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental, warm and supportive therapy environment to explore the issues that brought you to therapy. I have experience working with a wide range of relational issues including emotionally unavailable partners, break-ups, complex family dynamics, relationship anxiety and inability to find long-term relationships. I work collaboratively with you, encouraging feedback and at a pace you feel comfortable with.
Key goals we work on in therapy are helping you move to secure attachment, by helping you understand how your childhood shaped you and modelling secure attachment within the therapy relationship. This allows you to reprocess stuck emotions that are impacting your present life and break free from negative relational patterns. We work on your relationship with your inner world, which includes your emotions, feelings and core beliefs. This allows for an expanded emotional experience, making space for new more healthy ways of relating to yourself. Helping you to feel better, have healthy fulfilling relationships and improved emotional functioning so that your emotions can enrich and guide your experience rather than hindering it.

Process
I offer short-term and open-ended long term therapy. Short-term therapy is best for specific issues like a break-up, whilst more in-depth work is open-ended. I charge £70 per 50-minute session and offer a free no obligation online initial consultation of up to 30-minutes. The initial consultation allows us to discuss what has brought you to therapy, but also allows you to get a feel for me as a therapist and if we are a good fit to work together.
I offer weekly and fortnightly face-face sessions at a convenient location near Liverpool Street station, I also offer online sessions. I mostly work with UK based clients, though dependant on the country of residences requirements I can offer sessions to clients in some international countries (none US based).
